I usually eat low fat food and drink skimmed milk, but I realise I should probably up my dairy content. What are the best foods to eat at this stage? Thanks

sounds like you have it figured out. i added cheese and yogurt. stick with skim milk, low fat dairy products are great. make sure you get plenty of protein and lots of good veggies, too. honestly, if you can keep it down-then eat it. i am 8 weeks and so nauseaus all the time! blegh!

with both my children I ate pretty much what I usually did before I fell pregnant, you may notice once times goes by that you may need to eat a bit more as baby is taking alot from you...both my babies turned out big and healthy. You have along way to go so dont worry too much....good luck with bump.

try to eat stuff with calcium, get as much folic acid as you can and try to eat foods with protein. the key thing you need is folic acid i heard somewhere it helps prevent birthdefects, its great for your cardiovascular system too
