I seem to always disagree with my work colleague,one day we get on fine, the nxt day she is rude and extremely patronising towards me.For the last week she has been very cold towards me -practically ignoring me,laughing with her mates about me(I hear my name being mentioned)What have I done wrong???
I forwarded her a work email and she said she wants "nothing from me"- why did I send it?(It was work related)Why she being rude??
There are other times where we flirt continuously,smiling,stare into each others eyes,emails,body language etc....
2 weeks ago (at work drink) she just stared at me, I asked her why and she said "I just want to look at you and your funny".The look was all smiles - like checking me out!!!
What she playing at??? Advice please...
p.s. there is trouble with her boyfriend of 2 years, as he don't want to commit....colleagues say we have a love/hate thing bwt us.

Maybe she wanted you to ask her out and you haven't. I love women to bits but i don't think I'll ever understand them.

she's playing you, and enjoying the intrigue and attention of watching you wriggle and squirm while she giggles with her mates. She finds this funny, a game to be played so that she can report all to her work friends.
Frankly, I'd be polite and formal and ignore the rest of it. Treat her like a work colleage but have no informal or flirty treatment between you. Ignore an non-work communications between you. Do this for a while and she will get bored and lay off. She and her friends won't have any ammunition on you to discuss and giggle about. Leave her to play her games on some other sucker.
You really don't need immature girls like this in your life - they're more trouble than they're worth.

to me it sounds like shes using you for attention when it suits her - shes obviously not getting it from her boyfriend - but doesnt sound as though shes prepared to leave him either.
My advice would be to stop indulging in these games with her - dont have any more to do with her as she requested in her email - obviously you'll need to be civil to her when working etc but whilst out - ignore her - thats the best way to annoy someone. Throw down the challenge - if she genuinely likes you she'll start running after you - if not - she wont and you'll know where you stand!

sounds like she is treating you like a little brother instead of a work colleague...no matter..this women has issues and she sucks in her private life and its spilling over in work area.
sooner or later she will either get better but most likely she always be a pain in the you know where...just put up with this until you can see it effecting production and then inform her boss or the head man if you can...money talks.

I think she doesn't like you and is winding you up!! We women do these things coz men are so bad at reading the signs!!She's got you thinking she fancies you now,you are probably already thinking about going out with her etc... and she knows it!Sounds like she's having a bit of fun at your expense,ignore it. If she's having problems at home then she needs to have fun somewhere-unfortunately that means doing it at work.

Sounds like she just wants someone to play with when she's on the outs with her boyfriend. Let her know you don't like her games, then open yourself up for better. You deserve it. You don't want to be someones rug and be walked on.

sounds like she's having fun playing games with you, i would play her at the same game, ignore her for a while, avoid eye contact with her, see if she comes to you first, but to be hones if she has a bf then i would not go there, she is messing with you.
