Give me a break.. Everyone hates the big bad USA, but when the s hit hits the fan America is the first country called upon for military and monetary support.
To Answer your Question the most dangerous country would have to be China.

I would say the USA but I can't say that because every 4years we the people can change for 8 years we had a gigolo wimp like Clinton in the white house and we were scared to do anything. Then for the next 8 years we had a war present and everyone thinks he is bad for save so many people. So I would have to say China!!! It said it in the good book Watch the yellow people!!!!

THAT, my good sir, would be the UNITED STATES. And you raise a good point. We attempt to control countries like North Korea, and YEAH I said it, Iran for fear that they may develop the same perogative as the crazy 'war-mongers' in the white house, only they are the only ones' who can lay claim to the most dangerous country on the planet. China fits your description to the letter. The U.S. is a democracy with checks and balances. Although it is not perfect, the democratic system makes leaders accountable to three branches of government and the voters. The communist dictators do not have to have such accountability -- which automatically makes them dangerous. For example, how does anyone know what China's defense budget really is?
Also North Korea. An unbalanced dictator. Nuclear weapons. Thousands of artillery units lined up wheel-to-wheel with Seoule in range.

The most dangerous country is the one which has got aggressive stance towards un-allied, non-affiliated, and poor countries, the ones which are threating world's peace for their national interest...The ones who want all the people in the world killed untill it is good for their interests....in deed, they do.
Like U.S.A, Russia, Isreal (occupy peopel's land and terrorize them), Iran (Use religion to recreuit stooge fighters for urself in Iraq),........ALL those agressive, want-to-have nuke countries.
Germany used to be one in WWII.
Citizens of an agressive country do not feel voilation, agression by their countries because their media doesn't show up much of wrong-doings of their govs...but it can be felt deeply in the victim country.

Are you answering your own question? The word "dangerous" is not the best to use in what you are trying to convey.
Pax Americana does not want to create wars and famine and destruction if it has its own way. All you have to do is say "yes" and then you can live happily everafter. Look at Hawaii.

You are alluding to America.......
The USA has given more aid to other Countries than anyone else. We are the first to respond in a disaster. We send more free food to poor countries than any one else.
We are the freest country in the world, we even allow our enemy's to come and live among us without restrictions. We allow Islamic Terror Sympathizers to preach their hate in our Universities under the protections of the First Amendment.
We allow people like you to trash US without a visit from some secret police, as would happen in most Islamic countries.
