there may b so many things in ur mind which r making u feel stressed,, at such a time ,, sit at a peaceful place,
take a deep breath, close ur eyes n think about ur existence,
remember the day u wiil no more b among these problems,,
think about God,, n reason why v r sent to this planet earth,,
U will find that there r other more important n real issues in life,
which r usually ignored in front of this play called LIFE,,
u know ,, if u want to make a line smaller without touching it,, just put a bigger one along with it,,
so think about more important issues which v usually overlook ,, but it doesn't make them unimportant,,

Who or what is causing all of your stress? Who does the problem directly affect? If the stress is caused by a situation, evaluate the importance of it in your life, and then act on it. If someone else is directly affected by the problem, but not you, then it is THEIR problem and not yours. Offer advice, but let them solve their own problems. If the stress is caused by something that you have no power over to change, then you must learn to accept it , or at lest to tolerate it. If it can not be fixed or changed, then change the way YOU think about it.'If you can't fight 'em, join 'em'.
Don't dwell on a problem if you can not work on it at that moment. Set aside a time to handle each problem. At that time ,do what you can to handle it. Worrying will get you nowhere, it wont solve a problem. Know your limits, if it is beyond your capabilities, get help with it..hire someone else to do it for you. And do not feel guilty over it, none of us are perfect....and we are not expected to be. Good luck..take time to pamper yourself. Love yourself, and forgive yourself. Just be the best YOU that you can be.

Breathe deeply...Take a Break or do something else that will keep your mind off of the things that make you stressful!
OH yea, take a nap!!!! and don't think about the things that make you stressed out!

The only thing you can do about this is wait n time will pass n it will slowly leave your mind, but unfortunately it will keep poppin up in your head, until then just try n keep busy n keep your mind occupied with some of the finer things in life.

hi... well stress.... is not good,,,
first u just find what is the reason of stress..
like one example i give u....
if u r having fight with someone close to u like ur mom , dad, sis or bro,,,, or friends,,, just go,,,, take there hand in ur hand and say sorry if u feel that u were wrong,,,, coz main reason of stress today is lack of time , understandings,,, and these leads to fight... just try it,, ur evening will be great coz when u get relief from stress u feel good,,,,
look i dont know reason of ur stress so just gave example,,,
take care,,, and live life,,, dont let stresses rule them dear,,,

u should stop thinking bout the stuff u need to do.take a deep breath.sleep 4 a while.clear ur minds n tell urself 2 stop thinking about all those important stuff.do something that you like.that can distract u from thinking bout needless thoughts.maybe reading,watching movies,etc.

Just take off out the door and go running for a few miles, it really does help.....my kids they want this and that, but not not this, mostly that, ugh,,,,I just take off, go running and let them deal with it.......
It really does help after the first few times, they are like "mom, where did you go?" I'm like, "I went for a run, and I'm back now, so what do you want now?",,,,and theyr'e like oh, nothing, we are ok now.....
how funny, make them deal with it on their own, they say fine, but its so important to them at the time, it drove my nuts.....
I just had to learn how to make their problems their own problems so that They could deal with them, not me all the time, every time, etc......

write down how you are feeling, it really helps to get it off your mind then read over what you have written and try to solve the problems. you could also show a close friend what you have written if you fin it hard to tell people how you feel then they can also try to help you out.
