I take it the water was either mineral or spring with a lid on it.
Mineral water and spring water are usually bottled at source and therefore contain NO chemical like Chlorine or Flouride.
Because the water had a lid on it no pathogens were able to enter the water. Being under the bed away from sunlight the water would have suffered no effects of UV rays and so should be intrinsically safe.
Food poisoning usually happens within hours of ingestion, but can be delayed up to 24hrs. Drink plenty of clean water today, your daily quote is 2 litres a day, you should be OK.
ANY sign of illness and report to your Dr or A+E.

The water is probably fine. Check the bottle for any suspicious signs, but water never expires and if the bottle was closed I am sure that you will be fine.

If you feel okay at the mo you'll be fine. If you are unsure take some settlers tums they should do the trick. Next time, get your bum out of bed, it helps in the long run!!! xxx
