How do you feel when you travel far abroad, and then meet someone else who had a similar idea, and apparently lives a few blocks away?

Although I do not travel much, I have never been some where that I did not run into someone that I know. This includes trips that I would make to places 4 to 5 hours from my home. I have always thought it was odd.

all Scottish people treat other Scots as long lost friends when on holiday and are usually glad to socialise with them!

I think it's fantastic,obviously they have great taste in hols also.............
