they want do it here in pulaski virginia. mine was in the top of a tree for two days almost dehydrated from the heat and they wouldn't do anything. so I had to cut half of the tree down before he died.

not where I am from they wont.....the cat got up there, the cat can get down. have you ever seen a dead cat in a tree? I don't think so.
