Of course I will answer without the pre-condition !! It is my life's work to avoid pre-conditions and stereotypes!

There is a rumour that all men are obsessed with sex (but it died a bit after "Sex in the City" became popular)

I don't think that sex would or could ever be banned. But if it was, I think it is more a question of personality, age and sex drive than of gender.

I presume by "sex" you mean "sex with another person" rather than masturbation or sex with oneself.

So let's suppose that it happened - well I think the answer would be that any couple who were in love, and/or had the hots for each other enough would jointly decide to break thr prohibition.

A kind of Romeo and Juliet for the 21st century.

Men would suffer more because its in their genetics to reproduce as much as possible and for women vibrators are very good simulator of sex and can be better than the real thing (sometimes) but the substitutes for men are scary my hubby works in an adult retail shop so I have seen both.

I would say men, but there are women out there that are now becoming addicted to porno, like men and so those women to would suffer. The Prostitutes would go crazy, how would they make a living??? Men have testostrone though and they fantasize about it alot more then women do, except for the women who are sex addicts as well.

Hard to say, I always think men are the desperate ones, but there are also many women, who can't live without it. It would be broken by a man with a woman so both.

The obvious answer is men, but in all honesty I don't think one gender would be worse than the other. I mean we all have hands, right? We'd survive!

it depends on the person...but research shows that men's brains are more responsive to sexual and visual stimuli than women so if sex's banned men would suffer more coz they can't enjoy porn websites, books and movies.

I think that both would suffer equally, but I think that men would break the prohibition first

Well, speaking as a man, I can honestly say that we would.
It's a fairly straightforward answer, to a fairly obvious question.
Same answer to the second part of the question.
