Your English is fine and people should realize people from all over the world ask questions here. Yes, you can have a child with someone and still fall in love with someone else. However, he needs to financially provide for any children he has.

No he cannot. His heart is at the mother of his son.But he doesn't realise, because he is sexually involved in life.He should marry the mother of his son if she accepts him.If she doesn't accept him, he can marry another woman although he has a son.
