Holding it inside. You'll always know the answer if you open up and you won't have to wonder anymore. I wouldn't regret it if I got rejected...at least I'd be living in the real world.

I think to open up to someone and getting rejected is honest and at least u admitted that you liked them. But keeping it inside and never know that will always be there and it'll just be hanging on for the rest of your life.

To hold it inside and always wonder will breed nothing but regret...it is better to accept the rejection...at least you know.

To hold it inside and always wonder?
I'd say,as it's the things in life we don't do that we regret
and not always the things we do

I guess it would depend on what your holding in or letting out.
For me,
Rejection can be really rough, but then so can holding something that is of importance to you in.
I think I would let it out and see what the outcome would be,
then to hold it in and let your imagination take over and really make it even tougher on yourself.
sometimes it is better to know even when it could hurt, then to not know at all.
They say, that only 40 % of the things that we worry about even happen, and so true to the fact that it never turns out as good as we hoped either.
I think I would have to let it out,
unless it causes some really major problems that could come back on me even more.
If that being the case,
never say anything that they could use against ya later..
if they can use what ever it is against you later on to really hurt you,
then it is better to not say anything at all.
