what makes you lose it to the degree of no control...and would that mean that you bare some anger issues or it was something you had to let out for a moment

Anger doesn't have to be temporary. Anger can be a bad habit. Anger is usually the work of a mind made mean by being annoyed all the damn time. Don't let it out unless you've got a reason, something to gain. It's too powerful to express unless it's final outcome is worth it. The answer to anger is to have courage. Courage can be obtained by trusting oneself to do right, without the anger. Pure motives can be poisoned by anger, while courage allows for all manner of response, and wit too.

Anger & madness are separated by the fact one can be controlled one cannot....Anger is an emotion that is normal,& a way to vent frustrations,plus it can be managed,madness is a form of insanity,one which is beyond control without medications or treatments..=)

Anger is a form of emotion and it takes alot to get me mad i try to be level headed about everything and i don't get really mad to often its been a while.

i have quite irregular mood swings and almost met the point of rage, but i have never totally lost it and never vented my temper on somebody else. i keep myself i check with the fear that if i were to step over the mark, i don't know where i would stop or if i would stop.
