I desigh a webpage in dreamwever and i want to upload my page. Please explain me the exact proccess because i am new in this staff. How i get my domain name, how much is it cost, where can i buy space?

If you want your own domain then try www.fasthost.com I have several sites with them and they have been very good.
If your just playing then why not try a free subdomain with hosting at www.awardspace.com

Look in the phone book for web hosting, call all the ones you find, look online for web hosting and contact those too, ask for references also. Find out which ones will give you the best deal for what you need and make a choice. Questions to ask: website backup, downtime, email accounts, domain name costs, who owns the domain name (you or them), web space, monthly bandwidth allocation, email addresses, plus anything else you may wonder about. For example, my host only charges $15/mo and that includes yearly domain registration.

You can buy domain name from various webhosts just make a search in Google with keyword domain. Now for the uploading part. For uploading you can use (although there are other options are available) for this download a ftp software from download.com such as CuteFTP etc. Now ask for your webspace provider for the address of their ftp server such as ftp://ww.mywebspace.com just enter that address in the software downloaded and enter your username and password that you have with your webhost. When you are connected just you have to move your local working directory to that website. And done!
