I'm sure there isn't, but i came across an r ''n' b song (By Sadie Ama - 'Falling') with the lyrics: ''Take it no longer, Gotta be stronger,Coz it's gettin worser.'' So is this just the songwriters error?!

No such word as 'worser'. It's 'worse'.

The words of songs often contain bad grammar -like the one you quoted.
Also
"I got you Babe"
"You're just too good to be true, Can't take my eyes off of you"
"I can't get no satisfaction"
"In this ever-changing world in which we live in"
"If I give my heart to you, I must be sure from the very start that you will love me more than her".

No! I had the same question with my friend when I was at high school. She swore there was and I told her there wasn't. Worse is like sheep, it's not sheeps, so it's not worser, it's just worse.

No.
Adjectives are divided into three degrees.
Bad has three degrees. Bad, worse and worst.
Worse is already "comparative".
