.use normal water for daily washing
.use cold water every night before you go to sleep to wash your face
.use warm water to wash your face after using a face mask followed by cold water
.use equal parts of milk and water to moisturize your skin.

Usually for cleansing, you can use normal water.Start with splashing lukewarm water all over face and neck. This is because lukewarm water opens pores. Then, use a suitable cleanser for you skin type.Lastly, splash face with cold water(but not too cold) so that it closes up your pores.
