Probably one of the easiest courses in college is Psychology 101. It is also one of the most fun courses.

It's very noticeable why you want to have an easy "coarse". :-) Just want to check...are you referring to the course as the four-year degree? or, the subject?
If the degree, there's no such thing as an "easy course"...you have to work! But if you want FAST, why not consider taking TESDA courses which you can take for 6months - 2 years...no academic subjects, no papers to contend with...just the practical stuff.

Instead of looking for easy, look for what you are interested in learning. Science comes easily to some while others struggle with writing and vice versa.
If easy is all you want, why bother going to school? Find something you enjoy and the challenges it offers will be well worth the effort you put into it.
