What Would You Do if you borrowed a jacket or any item of clothing from a friend and found £20 in the pocket .. Would you tell them or be deceitful and keep it ?
I know what i would do , I guess i'm just curious ...

I would definitely tell them because although it is tempting to keep it you wouldn't want them to suddenly remember they'd left £20 in the pocket & then never trust you again. Also it might affect your friendship if you have a guilty conscience about it. I once stole a book from my friend's bedroom. I don't know why I did it as I felt terrible afterwards & I'm sure she'd have let me borrow it if I'd just asked!

I'd split it down the middle and give her a tenner and a pack of gum tell her you found them in the pocket , Or when handing it back got through the pockets again and find the tenner and tell her you'll give her half as it's your tenner you were wearing the jacket so it must be yours,so your up 15 quid.

Well if i needed the money, I would borrow it and then if I had it when i returned the jacket I would put it back in... or maybe I would be really sneaky and keep it there, then when i give it back say something like..."i've lost £20 somewhere, i can't remember for the life of me where i left it" then see if she gives it back or keeps quiet!

Try leaving it in the pocket when you give back the jacket. It might be interesting to find out if he thought it was yours, and what he'd do!

I would give it back and ask them to take me out for a drink for being honest; isnt that the same as keeping it - but more honest?

I would wear the clothing, and when I returned it I would then tell them what I found in the pocket.

Tell them about it, it could have been planted as a test of friendship though who would steal off a friend in the first place.

I'd tell my friend as already lending me the jacket would be a kind thing to do and telling them i found the money would cheer them up. I trust my friends and i hope they trust me.

i would give it back without a second thought.
i have even found a fiver in a shop and handed it in to the woman on the tills!!

If you want them to stay your friend you return it or they will probably find out and then what would you do!You will probably argue and break friends.That wouldn't be good now would it?Anyway, if you're honest you would give it back anyway even if it wasn't your friend's.
