i was currently undergoing an ivf procedure, i had started with suprefact injections and then added menopur, d doc 1st saw tiny follicles, then 4 days later, after doing another scan, he said he could not find any of them,and that it seemed like i had already ovulated.we thus discontinued d procedure, but now I have missed my period. could i be pregnant?

afte IVF porcess...there is a chance of delay periods...so i think its better for u to take pregnancy test and see ur doc again...

Go to the doctor again, specially if u missed your period. He'll definitely will tell u if u pregnant or not.
