The world is perfect as it is...It is in a constant balance. Everything is part of a cycle or a system. Everything about humans is perfect. If you were to change it you would screw it up completely. The sooner you realize that every good action you do will eventually lead to something equal and opposite in the world the sooner you can be free and start enjoying your life without having to worry about whether or not you contributed enough. Read the book below and you will realise that social activism can never compare with romantic individualism. Life is too short to worry about the ozone layer. Rather go sit in a spot where the UV rays dont kill you and make love with the person you adore.

With a view to initiate a worldwide change, I could put forward few things of very practical nature here, but the ones who already have power, more or less, and will to do the same in the world, have they been able to change that world?
This question suggest response only two things in response: that the change is already under way, as it always have been, we may not believe but the world is good as it is for the very reason that it changed constantly ever since the dawn of civilisation and beyond. Secondly, that all that is being done by the powerful has proved to be futile and ineffectual therefore we must think of something new, something that has never been tried before; we could get our heads out of the box to think together to start with.
Now what that something could be? Has it to be something supported by high-pitched slogan of, for example, that of peace, equality and food for all etc, or should it be something clever, common and gradually implementing?
This is as much I like to think when I consider issues of worldwide change, and I believe everyone should reserve at least this much thinking before jumping onto the band wagon of criticising the existing order, or capitalise the issues of the poor, the hungry and the disadvantaged and making them look worse. We can think without finding ‘faults’ in the world we have. We can understand that the world is already a wonderful place and that there is great deal of hope, and that it would get even better. We have something precious that we need to take care of for it were to evolve to its best and wonderful capacities in our hands for the future.
I think we should gather up our normally scattered minds together to create a strong collective mind that is open, free, unprejudiced and friendly place of interaction among all people from all places. Through our traditional ways of communication much is lost in hot debates, biter arguments and pointless discussions as people get engaged with each other at a very narrow and personal level, and thus they lose their ability to develop good thoughts without having to pose against one thing or the other.
We can, for example, as questions freely and openly and then we can learn to accept responses equally freely and openly from whoever might like to respond. With this pattern of interaction in place a time will come when our mind in collective mind will become for more sensitive, proactive, responsive, intelligent, resourceful and unbiased, the list of the qualities of the mind thus developed can be endless as it will expand into regions that are not marred by personal doubts, hostilities, biases, prejudices and gains.

If I had that kind of power rosy I would release it and give it back to God.
Anything I would do with that kind of power would screw the world up more than it is now. Do you really think that the world needs any more trouble than it has now? Neither do I! So with great relief I would give it back to who holds it now; before I even made any thoughts as to what I could change.
Whew!!! That's a scary idea......me changing the world.

Get a nice big plain piece of paper and a sharp pencil.
Draw a line down the middle. At the top on the left hand side write the heading GOOD, on the top on the right write BAD.
Under your heading GOOD, make a list of all the good points about the world. Under the heading BAD, make a list of all the bad points about the world.
Then (the fun bit!) you arrange for the bad bits to be destroyed.

I would first get rid of cultural and religious boundaries. Get people to live and let live. It would stop a lot of wars. Then make sure there was no poverty in the world. All nations to unite and look to the future to colonising other planets. If all the money and scientists used for and involved in war were used to fight disease and to find the technology for space flight. We might just cure cancer and other terrible afflictions and be closer to saving the human race from itself.

Unite the world,no, the human race... Destroy cultural and racist boundaries. Bring them together under one supreme type of goverment. One that will apease all. With a world united, capitalism is of no need. No more greedy companies, but a world helping each other getting the same status... I'm not talking about marxism, mind you.

Make sure that all children in the world had enough food to eat, fresh water to drink, somewhere safe to sleep at night and a school to go to in the day time. Everything else would stem from that.

That is wishful thinking, and I doubt that if anyone here had the power to change the world, they would use it to their own advantage, like everyone else does.
