If i was in a restaurant i would definately NOT complain - worse things would be done to any other food i ordered!!! I would not eat the pie though. definatley not - a tiny hair could be pubic??????

I'd probably complain so that way I get another FREE pie, and I wouldn't have to pay for my other one!!!

If it was made by a family member I would pull it out and put it aside, but quietly dispose of the remains.
If in a restaurant I would just leave it, if they asked I might tell them.
