YES, on TV Law and Order, SVU...so that guy must be an actor...no clue on the name. Anyway, in the show, he's supposed to be born out of rape - his victim-mother, a Chinese and the rapist-father, a black man. Come to think of it, I cannot say with 100% certainty that his ancestry (in real life) is indeed
Chinese-Black. There's definitely Chinese blood in him but the dark complexion/curly thick hair could have been any other ethnicity. Sorry........

Mike Tyson, although I don't think I would call him that. He has a tattoo on the side of his face which is a Maori tribla tattoo, they are of asiatic and african descent and he has a tattoo of chairman mao on his arm
