My problem is simply this; until recently I was able to print out my statements online, that is until a month ago. When I click on the print key nothing happens, even further clicking and double clicking. I have been in touch with the Electronics Dept of my Bank and they say they have not changed anything. There suggestion was that I should download Mozilla Firefox. I did try that but it operated in place of the YAHOO screen. I didn't like it, I couldn't understand it and above all Yahoo Answers disappeared of course. Who can live without it?
There is nothing wrong with my printer HP-PC 1510 All-in-one. My Computer is 2.8ghz. Everything else prints up.
When I attempt the bank print the words "javascript void" show momentarily in the bottom left hand corner of my screen (just above START)
One of you Computer Buffs must be able to tell me what the problem is and how I can overcome it . . . my bank can't!

I think this may be worth a try. Unplug your printer from the mains & printer for approx 30 seconds.Close down your printer first. Then do the same with your USB cable. I recently had a similar problem and this worked a treat

Sounds like the same problem I had to resolve it I just re-installed my printer doing that should solve your problem
