just go in note pad..if you alredy know those .html you can do it easily or search iyt in yahoo search..
whaen i my professor gave me an assignment to make my own web page i really dont know how to do it...
but im starting to self study and thats it..until now i keep on doing my
homework and i've learned a lot of this..

u must have a knowledge about HTML if u were really want to make your own design for ur web page...

But you can also use a html editor such as dream weaver or front page....
