Ladymelody, get out of my head! I just broke up with a Scorpio because of his ways. He was affectionate when we were intimate but any other time outside of the bed, he would say the harshest things for absolutely no reason and seemed to get off on being an -sshole. If you're the sensitive type of Aquarius then stay away from Scorpios! My best friend is a Scorpio, ironically, but she's nothing like her male counterpart. The men can be mean as hell with no provocation and will either have you feeling pissed off or left with hurt feelings most of the time without them even trying to because that's just how they are. They're brutally and I mean brutally honest and if you ask for their opinion on something, you better have thick skin because they'll tell you exactly what they're thinking whether it hurts your feelings or not. Not a good match for Aquarians at all! The females are cool though or else I would have one for a best friend =)
As far as Aquarians, we're very loyal to our TRUE friends, like being different and standing out in our own ways, and are very open-minded. Dating-wise, most of us will choose a nice personality and a big heart over a gorgeous face and a six-pack anyday, since we're known for being intelligent and logical, not superficial. Personally speaking, I like metaphysical things and any subject that's considered supernatural like ghosts, UFO's, etc. Most of us also like silly people that know how to crack jokes. We don't like people that are stuck-up, stuck on themselves, and like to brag. Most of all we can be VERY opinionated and passionate about our beliefs which can lead to a bit of stubbornness but our hearts are always in the right place. I can't speak for all Aquarians on this one, but I'm a huge believer in karma and seeing that one of Aquarius's ruling planets is Saturn (ruler of karma) I think that might relate to a lot of Aquarians. I'm not sure about others on this either, but I hate confrontations and will hold things in when I'm pissed off until they fester and eventually come pouring out. I have to be extremely pissed off to confront someone at the exact moment that they cause it to happen. When I am pissed, I can stay that way for a while until I feel I get the apology or gesture that is sincere enough to make me forgive that person, depending on how bad the situation is. I will forgive someone a number of times but once I reach my limit that person is cut off for good.
Love animals, love nature, and most of us love debating about controversial topics or debating about anything at all. We're diverse when it comes to friends, styles of clothing, and music. My best friend is Asian and my stepdad is white and I love how mixed up that is =) You probably dress casual one day and will out the blue throw on something sexy the next. Music wise, most Aquarians are open to more than one genre. I like r&b, alternative, oldies, classic rock, etc. Well, that's all I can think of for now but I'll add some more if it comes to me.

I have to agree with tiacola. I'm an aquarius dating a scorpio... She's got it peged. I'm not that sensitive though. I can actually be distant and cold at times. outside of that she's pretty acurate.
