You were probably taught at some point that it's "wrong" or "dirty" to masturbate, but that's simply not true. It hurts no one, and it can help lead to a healthy sex life, because if you don't know what you like, how can you ever teach your partner how to give you pleasure? Don't be ashamed; you're just doing what feels good.

Its either what you were taught or what society has taught. Theres nothing wrong with it unless you are addicted. Just accept it. It's a natural part of life. Is someone making you feel guilty? Look inside yourself and find out where that guilt is coming from and when you find it the guilt will be gone. And if anyone says they don't masturbate is either lying or asexual or mentally insane.

I feel that there is because our parent or guardians put it in our heads that sex was bad and disgusting or something like that but anyways- you or anyone else should not feel that guilt cause there is nothing that you should be guilty of. I actually feel that it is quite healthy and then you get that rush and you want more! It feels great and I think I will go now and see about this subject in my bedroom.

There is no reason to feel guilt.

You have probably been programmed from birth to think is is wrong. It isn't. Every adult in the world masturbates.

it appears from your remarks about other answer that anyone who has suggested that it is bad, you have rated him poor.
well hence it is clear that you feel bad about it and want people to tell you its not as that is what you want to tell your brain. So dear stop playing with your own brain. Just do anything on Earth which makes you feel good, and don't do anything which makes you sad.
Take my word and enjoy every bit of your life in any way/ any form.
don't think too much.
