I saw supermarket sals person kissed young girl she was around 11_13 years old and he gave her cigarette. If this crime how can report it to the police.

Could it have been her brother/father/uncle/cousin??
How silly would you feel if it was?
Unless the girl was in obvious distress I can't see any harm has been done.
Why get the man into trouble for nothing??

supplying cigarettes to a minor is certainly a crime and as a parent I would be lived if it was my daughter as for the kiss its A very Gray area and you need to give more info like the age of the supermarket worker and what kind of kiss ?
The police wont care but the supermarket manager will tell them and if you don't get the right response write a letter to the head office making a formal complaint in writing to a company it cost's them a lot of money and they will sort it out quick.

OOW You could report it to the manager at the supermarket. Best though to speak to them in person. You should also go back and find out what he's name is, normally they carry badges on their t-shirts. Thing is though you need proof of the girls age, ie if you know her? Theres not much really that can be done police wise. I would go and see the manager at the supermarket, personally.

Yeah, definitely wrong. There's harsh penalties for adults providing tobacco or alcohol to minors - Inform police & store management and get him off the aisles

I believe it's not exactly a crime, but it is definitely weird ...A guy is a pervert as far as I perceive him...Giving cigarette to under-aged person is treated as criminal offense though, that goes for sexual molesting as well, at least in the country where I live !

report it to the store manager if your that bothered or do a written complaint to the police or store if you dont want any 1 to know its you. make sure you get the persons name look for him in the store and look at his name badge,
just go in to the police station if you want to report it to the police,

Call the cops on one of those things, oh what are they called, no don't help me, oh yea a phone.
Not reporting this a worse crime you will proable go to prison.

i would just pick up the phone and tell someone as he could be grooming her for "other " things, also you could report it to the supermarket manager as well. but i would phone the police first.
