well u make a move girl if he doesnt like asking the girls out then you should do something about it, if you are too shy, embarrassed etc otherwise someone will get there before u why dont you send him a little letter or pull him aside when he is on his own and just say you really like him and does he feel the same or get a friend to put in a word dont be too clingy though i say otherwise he may start making you jealous by flirting with other girls and that wouldnt be a nice sight if you lke him so much good luck n e wayz

Blokes are scared to make any sort of move, especially if it is a close friend with lots to lose if you make a fool of yourself, unless they are REALLY sure the girl likes them. And another thing, we;re absoultely rubbish at reading the signs, so spell it out for him.
Sounds like the little bleeder has got a bad case of it, and you too. So engineer a situation where you can show your interest, and if he eitehr reciprocates it, or goes all scared, then you are in. And if it needs YOU to do the actual first move, then so be it.
Good luck.

What is he interested in ? Find out a bit about it - then ask him a question about it. That's how conversations start. Or ask him where he got his jeans, or something. Doesn't have to be a complicated or clever question, keep it simple. He fancies you. Good Luck !

Ask him out on a simple date to the cinema or something, he sounds really shy, make the first move.
