Would not advise - seek advice of professional.

Clary Sage can be highly toxic if used without knowledge.

I would not consider any labour induced remedies without the full guidance of a midwife or a fully qualified and responsible health professional.

Have not tried the cohosh stuff, heard to much controversial things about it.. Have tried clary sage oil though.. All it did was relax me -which is a good thing though. I got mine from Holland and Barrett.. And it does have a very strong odour..

Please, there is no rush - just let nature take its course! If things dont move along as quickly as they should, your medical team will be sure to get things started for you.

All the best!
