If by BT Address book you mean BT Yahoo Contacts, go to http://address.mail.yahoo.com/?A=o and click Import/Export. Export the contacts as an Outlook CSV file and save to the USB Disk. If you mean the address book from Outlook, open your contacts, click File >Import/Export, and export as a Windows CSV file. The import process is similar once you transfer it.

Most email programs have an export feature. SO the answer is yes.
