And by "positive", I mean for both sides of the aisle and the middle. In other words, all of America, not just the people that agree with you. Please no augmentum ad hominem.

Clever original ideas are best.

Get rid of the 'career politician' job description. Those people don't have a clue about the people they represent.

How about completely remove *ALL* existing members of the House and Senate. Remove all existing local government leaders. Remove all senior staff to the other 89384573 various departments that run small pieces of the country. Have all of those spots triple-filled by non-politicians; they need to be average "Joe and Jane Smith" types of people that have a desire to server their community/state/country in a political sense. Three normal people taking the place of one paper-pusher with no community sense will whip this place into shape in no time. The 'three people' idea could serve to make sure that there is a 2/3 vote (at least) before they can put new procedures/laws/etc into effect. Let's let some common sense be used for a change.

No, this can't (and shouldn't) be done in one day, but stretched out a little bit to prevent the collapse the existing system.

Once everyone in office is a new resident to the position, then have them completely tweak the system so it is the way everyone else wants it.

There is many problem areas that need mending, for the people and not for just the higher ups. If I had it my way, everyone across the board would receive the same amount pay no matter who you are. Although, you would have to work, or do something that you can handle.
Second, Another example... instead of just sticking people in Jail, with out the correct help, and training to improve and become a better person. These jail system would be rebuilt, to help the ones that need help, the way the system is now it destroys young men and woman making them worse. And the mess it's due to a corrupted money making court and jail system that makes money for gain. The foundations need to be build on a seven step trust system to improve the person on their way out, and not making them a worse person.

As Jesus would do, help the sinner, and not the one whom not needs help.

While I have many ideas that I believe would benefit the entirety of America, most of these would be considered at least leaning one direction or the other. So, here are a few following ideas that I hope are not terribly biased in terms of ideology, but rather in favor of the people.

I would fight to end the extension of perpetual copyright. Copyrighted works are meant to go into the public domain after so many years in order to foster creativity rather than stagnant reliance upon outdated works of dead men.

I would fight for the maintenance of the Internet as a free-speech zone with little regulation of content, and "net neutrality" as it should be, where your internet traffic is as important as any other traffic. Anything so vital that it must obtain top priority without question is likely vital enough to justify an independent network. Let us keep the internet free from a class struggle, and keep free speech free, at least on our turf.

I would also fight for veteran's benefits. The mantra "Support the Troops" should be applied as firmly to those who have fought for this nation in the past as it does to those who do in the present. To allow former soldiers to come back homeless or to live in squalor is a shame on the entire United States. If a soldier in combat sacrificed his ability to work, it is our duty to support him with dignity. War is hell, and if we are forced to ask our citizens to take up arms and fight, it is our duty to maintain a country worthy of protection that they can return to.

I don't care about both sides of any "aisle", I care about the people.

For the sake of the people, I would push for an amendment to the constitution that limits freedom of the press to honest reporting only. Freedom of the press is important, but it was never intended to be "freedom to tell only one side" or "freedom to lie about anyone famous just because they're public figures".

I would want the media to face more severe liability claims as a result of the injuries they cause and criminal charges when they cause injury or death, as they did with Princess Di.

I would end the federal reserve. I would seal up the border. I would stop the North American Union. I would free everyone from Bush's tyranny. I would reinstate the constitution. I would repeal the patriot act. I would abolish the federal income tax tax that ends up in the world bankers hands. i would repeal the real id act. I would stop the Iraq war., I would demand a re-investigation of 9/11, and i would actually give the commission enough money to effectively investigate it. I would abolish the CIA, FBI and the ATF. I would break up all of the corporate monopolies, especially in the media. I would make net neutrality the law of the land. Then i would probably be assassinated.

Finally commit to a war between our secular society and religious extremists, turning every country that harbors terrorists to a smoking crater, and scaring the rest into compliance. Then that would free up the schedule to end AIDS in Africa.

Address a bill to limit profit margins on medical care and prescriptions. This will help people gain access to health care while helping US corporations stay competitive in the global market.

In the politics world, US want to dominate using all legal and illegal methods. These unfair policies raise the hatred of the US worldwide.

The best thing i can do is to make others love USA instead of hating it.

Kind Regards
