It's about a 2 hour drive depending on traffic and what time you travel as you have to use the M40 out towards Oxford which gets congested at times. Why would you want to go all the way there when there are such lovely parks and gardens in London?

Regents park (and zoo)
Battersea park (and children's zoo)
Kew Gardens
Kensington palace gardens
Hyde Park
Hampstead Heath
Chelsea Physic Garden
Green Park
St James' Gardens
