I think that you would soon become a crack head if you were elected either PM or President.
The job would be enough to turn anyone into a crack head that's for sure.
You need someone who is strong in both body and mind to hold such a responsible position and advisors who can give them good council and support. This has not happened here in the UK or in the USA.
These crack heads in power are there as a direct result of us voting for politicians that did not have a decent portfolio in the first place.
So where does the blame lay ....on us voters surely.

All drugs would be made legal and available at any Tesco or Sainsbury's. Perhaps a crackhead prime minister would make a lot more sense of things that happen in the country. Depends on the drugs he/she takes too. Somebody who smokes weed may be dead chilled out about anything, while a speed-freak could be out of control and destroying everything and sending army to every country nearby for wars.

If they were discovered to be on something illegal then no doubt the media would at some point catch on and make it public. this would probably result in the Parliament (if it was a democracy) holding a vote of no confidence as it is probably the only way they could hold the public support and the person would most likely be dismissed. but i think that we would have some very strange laws depending on if the government were as high as the leader and they would probably enforce them through the army, or the army would rebel and we'd have a revolution. just my opinion.

Take a look at the current President-some serious drink & drug induced problems there!! He might be clean & sober now but the long term effects are evident!! From a Brits point of view I was astonished given his past he was allowed to even enter the Presidential race!?

We might be better off, as at least a crack head will better understand how the *real* world operates and not be some rich, protected, conservative, narrow minded twit! (well, we would hope!)
And any laws a drug addict introduces couldn't be any more misguided or confused than the ones that are getting introduced now!

It will not happen, atleast in India.
India is Karma Bhoomi. Only persons with good Karma in
the past birth will become a prime minister or president.

No significant change I suppose... normally there are some good advisors that do all the work, more or less so let's bank on those! How else do we explain that some countries still exists with those presidents;-)

If you mean countries like the UK and US, then life would just be like it is now, with our crack-head leaders.

What planet are you on? If our wonderous leaders are not cracked, I dread to think what would happen if one actually was.
I'd sooner have Spongebob running the country!
