I would keep my professional bearing, ask who made the call and acertain what the emergency is. Once I found out that it was a prank, I would call the police to report a crank call to emergency responders. That's at least a high misdemeanor, or a low felony.

Believe me, after a while, it becomes just so much meat that it does not even interest you. If it is the victim, then you discretely cover up any exposed "private parts".
