When Frogs mate, the male frog tends to clasp the female underneath in an embrace called amplexus. Amplexus can last several days! Usually, it occurs in the water.

Spawn (egg-mass)
While in the amplexus position, the male frog fertilizes the eggs as they are laid.

Frogs and toads don't have penises. During amplexus the female discharges eggs -- usually into water -- while the male sheds sperms over the eggs.

So, it's a form of external fertilization.

In short frogs after mating fertilize internally i.e. the fertilization takes place internally, inside the female frog after mating.
Hope you will rate as the best answer!
