I have a first degree in banking & finance, with very little job experience

know alittle about the bank, its history, operations, management board, operations, mission and vision statement and most importantly be bold and confident. Never allow your little job experience show up on you during the interview as a matter of fact take control of the interview session as much as possible, that would convince them you are the right candidate for the job.

The most important thing is to have confidence in yourself, be smart in your appearance, and since you lack job experience, show great interest in learning fast and work with other people as member of a team.
