Sometimes I work from home and it can either way, sometimes you end up doing more work and sometimes you do slack. But I think that its good to have days out of the office and work from home

I work from home every day....just check out what I'm doing no, (I call this taking a break)
It's harder to discipline yourself when your working from home due to the fact your bed is so near by.

No, not really. You can put your feet up, watch telly, pick your nose and scratch your bum, if you feel it a necessity.
