Can anyone tell me if it is normal for baby to go quiet like this. I did hear the baby's heart with the midwife at 16 weeks. But I'm worried now as I haven't had any more movement should I be worried?

lucky you! 15 weeks is early! just because you don't feel baby everyday yet, doesn't mean something is wrong. Baby isn't being quiet today. It's just that baby is still really really small!

I suggest drinking a tall glass of orange juice and lay down to read a book or something. Orange juice always made my babies unusually active. Try not to fret too much, I don't think this is cause for concern. In about 10 more weeks or so, then you can start expecting to feel baby every day.

You should have an ultrasound just to be sure. See a Doctor about your concerns since a midwife may not have all the options which you need to ensure the health of your unborn child. Also it will make you feel better just to know, right?

your lucky to have felt any movement at all that early... normally you don't feel anything until around 20-22 weeks, so i wouldn't be worried. also, it may have been something else you felt that might have been baby. i used to feel "baby" all the time and once during a doctor visit i told the doctor i felt him and he listened and it was just gas moving around and adjusting in there... i never actually felt the actually baby until around 19 and a half weeks. i wouldn't be worried at all!! (:

Put a flashlight on your tummy babys usually move away from the light. If you feel nothing call your dr asap.
