yes there are times that i feel spaxced out and wonder if it is all real, and that is perfectly natural because there are times when i reflect on my reality that different emotional attitudes arise to the surface, and i really need to be speaking about it because when i am surpressing emotions my reality seems unreal

Sometimes I think it might all be false. If I have a near miss, say in my car, and it all turns out fine and I drive away, is there another me in a parallel dimension who crashed and died? Am I now in heaven (or hell!)?

If you did something that could make a massive impact, and that is really quite easy to do, for example sleep with your best friends man, life would pan out differently after it. Its so easy to change your life, with just a thought, and its so easy for circumstance to do it for you. But is it all real? If we make it up as we go along?

Yes -yes-yes or at least I used too.

I had the feeling you described for many years and the more I thought and dwelt on it the more distant I became, It was like I was 'Remote Viewing' on a 24/7 basis.
Then - just by chance(or by design?) I received counselling for a breakdown and since then - I am glad to say - all is OK.
good luck to you.

All the time - ever since I was young.

It first came about when I got interested in astronomy and realised for the first time how indescribably small and insignificant this planet is in relation to the universe.

Once I'd realised this, the day-to-day worries of work seemed to be so unimportant that they never worried me again.

We are but bacteria on the toilet-rim of the universe.

Yes, quite often. This is all an illusion. Nothing really exists. We are all a mist.

None of it is real. You're making everything up. The only true reality is unity: "We are all ONE."
