I figured out a plan to obtain these degrees in the next 5 years and I was wondering if I would be able to earn a high income ($300k/yr +) working in the fields that these degrees would introduce me to....?

I don't see many job postings that ask for graphic design, real estate, child care, banking, and ultrasound scanning in one position, so I think you won't be able to use all of these skills for a job. In fact, this list looks scattered and would scare me off as a potential employer because you don't seem to know what you want to do as a career.

There are very few jobs the pay over $300K a year. The ones that do are small business owners, corporate executives, investment bankers, and high end sales jobs. These job rely on your past work history or your own entrepreneurial skill rather than education, so I doubt the fact that you know how to perform an ultrasound will help you join the ranks of the rich and famous.

I still think that list could lead to a comfortable middle class income. However, I would try to think about focusing on one skill set rather than trying to have certificates in several different unrelated career areas.

An associates degree in Graphic Design is nearly worthless because it really only prepares you for entry-level production/technical types of jobs. If you want to be a strong graphic designer and want to rise through the ranks of that field, the preferred professional entrance degree is a BFA. Starting salaries for a good BFA vary dramatically in part depending on where you are located, but it would be more in the range of $30,000 to 40,000 usually. The portfolio of work is what gets you the job, not simply a piece of paper.

And I don't know anyone involved in child care who's getting rich. If rich is what you want, good luck. Consider going for fulflling instead.

That is a ridiculous skill set to have. It will not help you. Just get the MBA. That's all you need.
