there endothernic and exothermic reactions.radio active fusions cost exothermic reactions and endothermic reactions cos endothermic reactions,in exothermics the metals or the processes release energy without any foriegn interference, and in endothermic reactions absorb energy and can release only heat,in the fusion of the radioactive reactions, radioactivity produces and this causes the fusion.thats why only radio active reactions and radioactive metals can make fusion energies.

Iron has the lowest mass per nuclear particle. Therefore, the fusion of iron does not give energy back when its broken apart.
Atoms like Helium, Hydrogen, and Carbon when broken apart release enough energy to attach and create a different element when heated. Iron costs more energy than it puts out after its creation so nothing else can be made. The stars life ends here. :C
