First try dieting and doing lots of cardio a few times a week. If that doesn't work use this cream http://www.cellulite-reduction.biz

Squats, butt lifts and ham string excercises work best.

Also, you can check out Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy.

Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.

The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.

The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic and of course most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.

The attached site has more info or you can call 888.517.4187 for a health club or someone who does the cellulite treatments.

This is the best online resource on how to get rid of cellulite http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=539

Dimply skin from cellulite is passed from the mother, however it will become far more visible due to instigators such as very poor diet program, lack of exercise, lack of fluids, changes in hormones, and greater body fat.

Cellulite lotions, pills, along with other similar options are not very effective in removing dimply skin from cellulite. The most efficient approach is to consume healthy foods by consuming lots of wholesome foods, and implementing a consistent workout program that incorporates both cardio exercise and resistance training. Check the program I suggest and you'll start seeing results quick.

Good Luck

Rub in coffee,
Moisturise and massage,
Excersize
Healthy diet
Lots of water
No smoking / alcohol
Garnier anti-cellulite rollerball

These will help, not cure. I find a combination of excersize, rollerball, moisturiser and massage is best.

Lifes too short to worry too much though.

Exfoliation helps, such as a exfoliating body wash or a pumice scrub. Also having cold showers really helps because the cold increases the blood flow to that area, helping to reduce cellulite. Also, airspray tan covers it up quite nicely, but ive heard there can be bad effects of lots of fake tanning so be careful. :)

Hi there,
Im trying to get rig of mine now too. you can Get rid of it so ive been told and ive researched it too. Lots of massage when your using your moisturiser or body wash. Drinking lots of water will help detox your system, ive started eating heaps of green vegies aswell. apparently they help. Also leg exercises are helping. Leaning up against a wall with you legs shoulder width apart and slide down so your legs are at 90 degrees hold as long as you can. this realy helps. Hope this helps you too good luck:)

You really can't. Even skinny women have it. It is genetic and is caused by the shearing effect of the tissues underlying the skin causing dimpling.

You cant, try blowing up a balloon and deflate it and think how it will look smooth again - it wont.
