1. Poverty alleviation
2. Mid day meals in schools
3. Improve health facilities
4. Increase economic growth rate

Yes. The main thing they need to do is make education more available for ALL ppl... India is such a competitive environment for such a small amount of school positions. They need to work on A LOT more schools and making transportation easier for the poor.
