Same here, but my son will probably be awake at 8:30. I know I should sleep now and I'd suggust you too the same too, or we're both going to be very tired. I took my medicine and I'm barely awake right now. Wish I knew why I was still on answers though. Goodnight sweetie! If we both end up sleep soon..

Yes, any sleep is good. Plus you can not make up sleep in your life. Should you not sleep with your sarcadic rhythms, which only occurs at night, then you risk losing REM which is the most important sleep.

if u're not tired then hang around a bit more till you're tired - that way u'll be guaranteed a quick knockout once u hit the pillow instead of tossing and turning for like 2hours... i hate that...
