As long as you allow it. If it is sexual harrassement, and there is a way to stop it by telling others or the authorities, then it will last only so long as you do nothing about it. Speak up!! Most harrassers are cowards that will run at the first sign of getting caught, and like a bully, only need to be confronted to be made to stop. They continue because many times people are too timid to say anything. Speak up! Confront the bas***d. Shame them into stopping.

Make sure that it is actually sexual harassment and not just somebody trying to ruin your job reputation. Some women like to flirt and then when the guy asks them out they accuse them of sexual harassment. My policy is the best, no dating at work. Work place intercourse doesn't have a good success rate and who in their right mind wants to see their wife or girlfriend 24 hours per day? Not me.

There is no limit of sexual harrassement .It may last for quite a long time. It depends upon the other part who is sexually harrassed. If she has compromised early, the harrassment will vanish. I therefore say that it has no limit.
