I'd say online because I was thinking about getting one online or from a store. Definitely not a garage sale.

I go to #1 and recently got a great deal on a 9" multi speed intimate massager(LOL) from #3.
I got a pretty cool toy from a vending machine in a convenience store bathroom one night too. It had little knobby things on it and you wrap it around a penis. Cost 75 cents. LOL

i don't know about other people cuz i don't ask.. but mine come from either #1, or #2 excluding Ebay.. i definitely would NOT want to use a used toy... eeeeew!!!
