Please go to http://www.icfaiuniversity.org/icfaiuniversity.htm as well as http://www.ugc.ac.in/inside/university.html.
Be careful. Not all ICFAI degrees are valid ones. As per UGC act only Universities recognised by UGC can offer degree courses. Only a few ICFAIs located in specific states are recognised by UGC. You may find some ICFAI degrees are recognised by certain state Govts. only. They have no international recognition. So go for a degree or PG Diploma from UGC recognised Universities or Deemed Universities. You will get this information in the 2ND address given above.

I am a student if ICFAI's MBA. And tell you its one of the most difficult MBA course you'll find in a Distance Learning Programme. So, only if you can do a lot of hard work then you should choose ICFAI'S programmes But on contrary, as the university has very good reputation and quality curriculum, you are ought to benefit a lot from the course.
Remember one thing its very difficult to complete the course.
So, make up your mind and only then go for a ICFAI MBA.
Good luck for ur future.
