I have contemplated about this for 3 years now, and I really wanna get it, but am afraid of its social implications. Its not a minor thing, its really wide, and my face is quite small, so it stands out

If it is something you are doing to feel more comfortable with your own appearance then you shouldn't worry about the social implications. If you are offered counselling before, which you should be I would suggest discussing this with your counsellor.

do it and don't worry about what people say or think because people will always have something to say anyway so make your self happy and go for it moore and moore men are having plastic surgery so why not you just make sur you find a certafied plastic surgeon good luck i have 2 guy friends that had it done and they do not regret it lorie
