Get organized, manage your schedule, do your work and hand it in when you are supposed to.

Studying is your job at the moment. Would you go to work and expect your boss to think it's okay if you show up whenever you want?

If you aren't mature enough to be self-disciplined, then don't go to school yet. You'll waste your money and you will distract the students who are actually there because they want to learn.
