11 dimensional string theory has not produced anything.
It is possible that the 7 dimensions of space that are not perceived are mathematical deception, and therefore string theory is a theory of nothing, as you will find if you read the wikipedia article on string theory all the way to the end.

Very funny. Actually, you could demonstrate some parts of string theory. For example, in string theory there exists 10 different dimensions. So you could demonstrate the first dimension by laying the rope in a straight line. Next, leaving the rope on the ground, wiggle it so it waves back and forth in a sinusoidal pattern. This demonstrates the 2nd dimension. For the third dimension, you are going to have to do some talented wiggling of the rope so first pick one end up off the ground and leave the other end laying on the ground. Wiggle your end so that the waves go back and forth AND up and down. It exists in 3 dimensions. Now we come to 4 dimensions. You will have to get a friend to take pictures of you while you are wiggling the rope in the 3rd dimension. Line up all the pictures he takes as if they were a film roll. These demonstrate the 4th dimension. For the 5th dimension, you will have to get another friend to help out and you will need to cut your rope in two. Give your friend one piece of rope. Have your other friend take pictures of the two of you wiggling ropes in the 3rd dimension. Line up these pictures (each pic should have both of you in it not just one) and ta da, this is the 5th dimension (although really it should show infinite numbers of people wiggling ropes!). Now on to the 6th. Have another friend take pictures at the opposite time the first friend did. There cameras should be clicking at the same rate but alternately. They each line up their pictures sepereately and when you look at the set of both lines of pictures you see the 6th dimension! Ok I'm running out of steam but I'm sure you could figure out demos all the way up to the 10th! lol

Make a nose put it around your neck and jump off a chair. You will be propelled into Stringtheoryland.
Very funny but I am sure you know the String Theory is not about ropes or strings.

None, you cannot use thick rope to do string theory experiments. Rolls of kite string are the best for this.

tie two knots and stare at it to prove the first postulate:
pertaining to "harmonious love resulting from the perfect marital knot"
add a third knot to understand the meaning of the law of the eternal triangle.
remove the bigger knowt and tie a smaller knot to see the "happy family"
Untie the knots and see what happens after the happy union ends
See the lone big knot carry the load
watch the small knot deform
and string theory is complete.
