you would be unable to. Make a sparkling email handle, and don't submit it everywhere on the cyber web. Google your email handle and spot the place it rather is, it rather is the place spammers have been given your handle from. Filters are of little use.

Mark them as spam the ones that go into my bulk i don't even look at i just empty the bulk folder
