i believe they are window update files that weren't removed after installation. Apparently they are not a concern - i searched the web and did not find any feedback that they were a virus or adware etc - the same files started to appear on my c drive about 2 weeks ago - very annoying - i just delete them. I tried registry cleaners, spyware & adware cleaners but they still appear. All i can suggest is keep checking forums for answers.

You probably have some software/application running that is creating these logfiles. Observe what you are running and when these files appear. Then go to that application and change settings to get rid of applications.

Is verBOSE or verboNe?

to delete all these files (and others that end with del) type at the command prompt:

del *del.txt

you can do a recursive del but that is dangerous.

hard one.

go to google, type in "blue writing in windows explorer" without the quotes. You will only get a few hundred results,,,,,,, Or,

Page - Windows XP from A to Z.htm,,,,,,, think it's kates corner.

Or, try ask jack .htm
